Function LISTQUALIFY
Inserts a string at the beginning and end of list elements.

listqualify(string list,string qualifier,[string delimiters,[string elements,[boolean includeEmptyFields]]]):string
Arguments
The arguments for this function are set. You can not use other arguments except the following ones.
